The High Court has ordered the Garda Commissioner to release a suspected surveillance profile on Garda whistleblower Keith Harrison.
The discovery order was granted by Justice Kevin Cross last week as part of personal injury proceedings brought by Harrison, who alleges he was harassed by senior management in the force after raising concerns about a colleague he subsequently arrested for drink-driving in 2009.
