Broadcaster, publisher and former Dragons’ Den star Norah Casey has initiated defamation proceedings against The Irish Times.
Casey is suing for damages over an article, published last February, criticising and challenging the accuracy of content in a promotional video for her Planet Woman Academy conference, an annual initiative for women in business.
