National Museum seeks experts for 15-year plan
A lawsuit taken by a group of Carlow retailers against supermarket giant Musgrave has been withdrawn, according to court filings.
The owners of Carlow Shopping Centre were suing for damages after SuperValu, the centre’s anchor tenant, announced before Christmas that it was pulling out. The plaintiffs argued in their case that Musgrave - SuperValu’s owner - was obliged by its contract to keep the premises open and pursued an injunction to have the courts force...
