New dispute between Irish Life and Siptu over airport pension fund

A war of words has broken out between Irish Life and Siptu about a new Dublin Airport Authority (DAA) pension fund, after the authority appeared to misinform staff about where their savings will be invested from this week.

The spat comes as an expert panel, which helped draft the original proposals, has been asked by government officials to seek a solution to a standoff that leaves workers’ retirement plans in limbo.
