Nama set to make at least €60 million from Gresham Hotel sale

Iconic building set to fetch over €100 million following huge interest

The National Asset Management Agency stands to make north of €60 million from the sale of the landmark Gresham hotel on O’Connell Street.

The Sunday Business Post understands that Nama acquired loans associated with the hotel for between €30 million and €40 million, while the hotel is expected to sell for over €100 million.

The 323-room hotel, which opened in 1817, has attracted a large number of interested bidders.
