Nama sells Deane loans to Ardstone

Property investor has plans to develop 3,500 homes on 11 sites

Property investment company Ardstone Capital has acquired loans associated with the businessman Tony Deane from Nama for an estimated €40 million.

The move gives Ardstone control of prime residential sites near Stocking Lane in Rathfarnham, Dublin 16.

Ardstone, which was co-founded by Donal O’Neill and Donal Mulcahy, is understood to be planning to begin construction in May of 350 new homes on the site.
