Nama sells 65 apartments to house homeless families
Nama has sold Dublin apartments built by developer Liam Carroll for use as emergency accommodation for homeless families.
Carroll was known for building apartments in Dublin’s city centre which were designed to meet the minimum size requirements. But his Tallaght Cross West complex, which included 500 apartments, shops, offices and a hotel, had a receiver appointed to it by Nama when his property empire collapsed.
