Minister for Jobs Mary Mitchell O’Connor twice told Central Bank governor Philip Lane that the financial regulator was being blamed for blocking Brexit jobs, confidential notes obtained by The Sunday Business Post show.

Mitchell O’Connor also quizzed Lane and his top officials on the prospect of strict rules on mortgage lending being relaxed.
