Two government ministers will boycott Donald Trump’s visit to Ireland and will join the expected protests against the US president.

Trump is set to visit Ireland at some stage between November 12 and 14, following an announcement from the White House last Friday that he would visit this country as part of a wider trip to Europe to “renew the deep and historic ties between our two nations”.
