Minister Donohoe signs cultural exchange memo with China

Move comes as Tourism Ireland launches Japanese language website

The new Tourism Ireland Japanese language website was launched this afternoon at the Chester Beatty Library at Dublin Castle.

Minister for the Diaspora and International Development, Joe McHugh said the site has been designed to help build greater awareness of Ireland in Japan.

In addition to enhancing the overall visibility of Ireland in Japan, it will contribute to a strengthening and deepening of our bilateral relations, he said.
