Stephen Taylor is the overseer for circuit three of Ireland’s five Jehovah’s Witnesses circuits. This year, he is also the chairman of the organisation’s annual convention. Last Friday morning, he was standing in front of a crowd of 6,000 Jehovah’s Witnesses – that is to say, virtually every single one of them in Ireland – giving a lecture on endurance.
