A Co Mayo trucking firm has taken a case against a number of giant trucking manufacturers which were fined by the European Commission over price fixing.

Leneghan Transport International, which is based in Ballyhaunis and is owned by local businessman John Leneghan, is suing MAN, Daimler, DAF, Iveco and Volvo/Renault in the High Court.
