Mansfield files suit against RTÉ over Prime Time claims

Businessman Jimmy Mansfield jnr is taking legal action against RTÉ over claims made in a Prime Time programme earlier this year.
In a statement issued through his lawyer, Mansfield, a son of the late Citywest developer Jim Mansfield, confirmed that defamation proceedings had been issued.
