Man who killed sons sued by wife

Kathleen Chada brought civil action seeking compensation for wrongful deaths

Sanjeev Chada, who is serving a double life sentence for the murder of his two young sons, is being sued by his wife over their deaths.

The 46-year-old admitted killing Eoghan (10) and Ruairi Chada (5) on July 29, 2013.

Their bodies were found in the boot of his car, which he had deliberately crashed into a wall near Westport. The two boys had been strangled.
