The pandemic emergency meant doing things differently – and the new health service hires at the top must now harness these better methods
The HSE is now in leadership transition. Its board, and by extension the government, is tasked with finding a replacement for Paul Reid, the outgoing chief executive, and there is a raft of other senior roles now operating on an acting basis which must also be filled by competition.
