Losses rise at Smurfit-backed ticketing security company

Accumulated losses at Pat Kirby’s ticketing company - which last month raised €100,000 from the taxpayer through Enterprise Ireland - rose from €65,175 to €236,195 in 2017, company accounts show.

The company, which is backed by former Smurfit Kappa boss Michael Smurfit, made a loss for the year of €281,020, compared to a loss in 2017 of €33,395.
