The liquidator of the company behind the now-closed Dublin pub Shebeen Chic will tomorrow seek a court order to force publican Jay Bourke to repay more than €1 million.

Liquidator PJ Lynch, who was appointed by the Revenue Commissioners, wants to compel Bourke to repay or restore €1.02 million plus interest that he claims is owed to the company that ran Bourke’s former bar, Shebeen Chic.
