KWE hands Baggot Plaza over to Bank of Ireland

Development on time and on budget, says property group

Property investment group Kennedy Wilson Europe Real Estate (KWE) says it has completed its Baggot Plaza office development in Dublin 4 and handed the building over to Bank of Ireland.

In May 2015, KWE entered into an agreement for Bank of Ireland to lease the building for 25 years at a headline rent of €47.50 per square foot, with a tenant break option at year 20 and a rent free period from practical completion of 11 months.
