The wife of bust developer Sean Dunne is appealing against a US court ruling which allows an Irish bankruptcy official to sue her over alleged fraudulent asset transfers by her husband.

Last month, Judge Alan Shiff cleared the way for official assignee Chris Lehane to proceed against Gayle Killilea in an attempt to recover assets, including a hotel in South Africa valued at €18 million, for Dunne’s creditors.
