Kentech in €32m Blue Water Energy deal

Blue Water Energy is pumping €32 million into Cork-based specialist engineering firm Kentech. The British private equity firm is providing the loan in part to allow the owners of Kentech to reimburse former director John Murphy for his shareholding. The payment will secure a commitment that Murphy will take no further legal action against the company.
