Kavanagh to proceed with south Dublin boutique hotel plan
Developer Greg Kavanagh has confirmed that he is planning a boutique hotel or guesthouse at a property he owns in the south Dublin suburbs.
The owners of the Sandymount and Rathmines Farmer Brown’s eateries, Grace and Finnuala Caffrey, who are tenants of Kavanagh’s, would be involved in the plan, he said in a call with The Sunday Business Post.
