Developers face off in war over €42 million Dublin Docklands site

A company controlled by New Generation Homes founder Greg Kavanagh called Balark has sued Chambury Ltd, a company controlled by Johnny Ronan’s Ronan Group Real Estate.

The legal case is one of a number of battles facing New Generation, which paid €42 million for the so-called Hickey site in Dublin’s Docklands.
