Legal row over bank’s ‘fruitless’ move against spouse
Newstalk and TV3 Tonight Show presenter Ivan Yates has launched legal proceedings against AIB in the fallout from his bankruptcy.
The legal case, which is also being brought by his wife Deirdre Yates, a primary schoolteacher, relates to a family property in Enniscorthy, Co Wexford.
