An Irish financier looking to raise €150 million on the Copenhagen Nasdaq has found a new joint venture partner in a six-month old company with plans to build 3,200 homes in the greater Dublin area.

Peter Mulligan is the founder of Value Asset Management, a British-based company which had previously been called Victoria Asset Management and had intended to work with Dublin housebuilder Victoria Homes, which is connected to former builder Paddy Byrne.
