Irish art curator quits Dallas museum post

Irish art curator Gavin Delahunty has resigned from his senior position at the Dallas Museum of Art over “allegations of inappropriate behaviour”.

He had been working there as Hoffman Family Senior Curator of Contemporary Art since 2014. In a recent statement to ARTnews magazine he said: “I am aware of allegations regarding my inappropriate behavior, and I do not want them to be a distraction to the museum or to my colleagues.
