IRES REIT reports H1 operating revenue of €17.9 million

The property group said its first-half occupancy rate was 98.3%

Irish Residential Properties REIT (IRES) has reported operating revenue of €17.9 million for the six months to the end of June, up from €11.2 million a year earlier, as it said

the continued shortage of housing should help to support

the rental market.
