IRES REIT buys 89 apartments in Clondalkin for €18.3 million
The acquisition brings its total portfolio to 2,377 apartments
Irish Residential Properties REIT (IRES) said it is acquiring 89 apartments at Coldcut Park in Clondalkin, Dublin 22 for €18.3 million, bringing its total portfolio to 2,377 apartments.
The real estate investment trust (REIT), which is the largest non-government landlord in Ireland, said the deal is expected to be completed at the end of August.
