Insurers last in popularity stakes as they are still not putting customers first

By the nature of its work, the Central Bank of Ireland (CBI) doesn’t tend to be the bearer of good news all that often. The onerous job of protecting customers from harm and the financial system from vulnerabilities often requires sternly worded communiqués to be issued from the bank‘s offices in the Dublin docklands.
