IBRC Commission assembles 43 volumes on Siteserv sale

Each volume examines every aspect of sale of business for €45 million in 2012 to company controlled by Denis O’Brien

The IBRC Commission has assembled 43 volumes of documentation containing over 20,000 pages that are considered relevant to its investigation into the sale of Siteserv to the businessman Denis O’Brien.

Each volume looks at a different aspect, entity or individual involved in the sale of the business for €45 million in 2012 to a company controlled by O’Brien.

Witness statements from individuals embroiled in the investigation are due to be filed by May 31.
