The latest revelations from the International Consortium of Investigative Journalism shine a new light on the inner workings of how companies try to use their influence to get governments to bend to their will. The Uber Files, which were released last week and covered in depth by the Irish Times, laid bare the ride-sharing company’s questionable tactics in its bid to penetrate and disrupt markets across Europe.
