Hines to be new backer of Players Square build
Property giant in talks with Nama on €94m deal to buy debts associated with large residential scheme
US property giant Hines has emerged as the new backer of Players Square, one of the largest and most sought-after residential sites in Dublin.
The fund confirmed to The Sunday Business Post that it had reached an agreement to refinance boom-era debts secured on the site, and is preparing to move the project into the development fast lane in early 2019.
