Hibernia REIT full-year pre-tax profit rises by 47% to €136.3 million

Hibernia REIT has reported a 47 per cent increase in full-year pre-tax profit to €136.3 million as an active year of lettings to the likes of Twitter added to its rent roll of €39 million.
