New €60 million fund makes two investments in Galway and Berlin

Venture capital firm Frontline Ventures, which launched a €60 million new investment fund for business-to-business software start-ups last week, has appointed technology veteran Steve Collins as venture partner.

Collins previously co-founded Havok, a cutting-edge physics and animation solution provider to the game industry which was sold to Intel for $110 million, before he went on to set up Swrve, a mobile marketing cloud platform.
