Grant Thornton to move into new Docklands HQ
Firm to pay €5.8m a year in 25-year lease deal
Business advisory firm Grant Thornton Ireland has signed an agreement for a 25-year lease on a new headquarters at Dublin’s City Quay.
It will be built by summer 2018 and will comprise around 107,000 square feet of office space and 10,000 square feet for retail. Grant Thornton is currently based at 24-26 City Quay.
Grant Thornton Ireland will rent the entire building for more than €5.8m a year.
