Garda report claims Murphy ‘made Jobstown crowd more aggressive’

A confidential Garda report on the Jobstown protest and trial has claimed Solidarity TD Paul Murphy made the crowd more aggressive and wanted to keep Joan Burton surrounded.

These two claims are contained in a report to the minister for justice after the trial concluded where Murphy and five others were found not guilty of falsely imprisoning Burton and her adviser in the south Dublin suburb in November 2014.
