Fund manager pulled up over Kenmare holdings

The Irish Takeover Panel has issued a rare reprimand against a fund manager for not disclosing his dealings in shares in Kenmare Resources for almost a year.

The panel, which is responsible for policing mergers and takeovers, said it censured South African investor David Foord for not informing the stock market of his holdings in Kenmare on 66 separate occasions from June 2014 until last month.
