Sides deadlocked over changes in work practices

Talks resume tomorrow in a bid to resolve a dispute at the Cheesestrings factory in Charleville, which saw Kerry Foods take High Court action against Siptu last week.

The two sides remain deadlocked over the refusal by a group of 60 workers at the Co Cork factory to accept changes in work practices.

Kerry Foods took legal action against the trade union and a number of named individuals after what it claimed was unofficial industrial action...
