Bank's financial report warns that more political uncertainty could shake markets

The European Central Bank has warned that the risk of further abrupt falls in world markets has intensified due to rising political uncertainty. The warning came in the bank’s Financial Stability Review, which is published twice a year.

Though the bank says the euro zone's financial system has generally shown resilience, it believes risks to its stability have intensified.
