Former Dublin South Central TD has died aged 68
Former Fianna Fáil TD Seán Ardagh has died aged 68 after a long illness. His daughter, Senator Catherine Ardagh, made the announcement online this afternoon.
"My dad Seán passed away this morning surrounded by his beloved family," she wrote.
Mr Ardagh was elected as TD for the Dublin South Central constituency in 1997, and retained the seat in 2002 and 2007. He did not contest the 2011 election. His daughter...
