English could face €2m legal bill from court battle with architect

Businessman and engineer Barry English may yet be on the hook for around €2 million arising from the lengthy high stakes legal saga between him and architect Jerry Ryan.

In a 198-page judgment delivered last Friday, Mr Justice Denis McDonald dismissed Ryan’s lawsuit for the return of more than $8 million arising from an arrangement between the two men during the recession.
