Emma Maye adds to growing builders’ providers business

Developer has plans to build up to 1,000 homes

Property developer Emma Maye, a daughter of Dundrum Town Centre developer Liam Maye, has added another store to a growing builders’ providers business.

Maye and her husband Alan Hegarty bought a Blackrock, Co Dublin store to add to their existing Clondalkin and Newtown outlets.

Together with an online seller called Build4less the turnover of the business is in the region of €20 million.
