Since he became British prime minister last October, Rishi Sunak, once of Goldman Sachs, has set about mending some of the many things in his country that need fixing. This is no small task, since his two immediate predecessors broke a lot of things, including Britain’s economy, its relations with the European Union and its reputation as a trusted ally.
