EC report shows Ireland has one of the most SME friendly environments in the EU
The report acknowledges the substantial efforts and tangible improvements since 2008 in the area of access to finance
A report by the European Commission (EC) has said that Ireland has one of the most SME friendly environments in the EU.
The EC said in its 2015 Small Business Act (SBA) Factsheet that Ireland performs above the EU average in 6 out of its 10 criteria for SMEs.
The report said Ireland´s SME sector was one of the hardest hit by the crisis in the EU.
