Duignan and Nama to battle it out in High Court

Both sides have lodged proceedings against each other in relation to Swords development site

A dispute between developer Eamonn Duignan and Nama is expected to be heard in the High Court, after both sides lodged proceedings against each other in relation to a Swords development site.

Duignan submitted notice to the courts of an intended action against the National Asset Loan Management arm of Nama, and the following day Nama submitted a plenary summons against Duignan.
