An Irish wealth adviser has launched a High Court legal action against Ariane de Rothschild and the Geneva private bank she chairs, Edmond de Rothschild.
Dubliner Juerg von Geitz also took proceedings in Switzerland over a related dispute and a payment injunction of CHF5 million (circa €4.5 million) was secured.
