Ryanair and Boeing are friends again. For now, at least.

That was the clear message for shareholders and the wider world on Tuesday afternoon, as the two aviation firms popped the champagne corks on a deal for 300 new 737 Max 10 jets – worth, at list price, a nosebleed-inducing $40 billion (€36.5 billion).
