The state’s bankruptcy authorities have obtained confidential documents about Sean Dunne’s boomtime purchase of Ireland’s most expensive house as part of an ongoing effort to unravel the bust developer’s financial dealings.
Official assignee Chris Lehane has obtained documents from a leading lawyer who acted for Dunne in the purchase of the house, called Walford, on Dublin’s Shrewsbury Road.
