Johnny Ronan is involved in a complex court case with rival

Johnny Ronan has subpoenaed developer Greg Kavanagh to be cross-examined in a complex court case against a rival next week.

Ronan hopes to use evidence elicited from Kavanagh to assist in a dispute between Balark Investments - part of Marlet Property Group, which is led by developer Pat Crean - and Ronan’s Chambury Investment Company.
