Developers Greg Kavanagh and Pat Crean have won a bitter High Court battle over a €42 million Dublin development, but the other side is planning to appeal.

Kavanagh and Crean’s Balark Investments took the case against Chambury Investment Company, which is led by developer Johnny Ronan’s daughter Jodie.

Kavanagh and Crean won out against Johnny Ronan and Hibernia in a bidding war to acquire the site, a coveted piece of docklands...
