Businessman Denis O'Brien has issued a strongly-worded rebuttal to claims contained in a report that the state should investigate his media ownership.

O'Brien said that the The Report on the Concentration of Media Ownership in Ireland - commissioned by Sinn Féin MEP Lynn Boylan and produced and written by lawyers in London and Belfast - makes for "very interesting reading".
